I am currently a first year student of Computer Science in Trinity College, Dublin.
I have travelled extensively and have a particular interest in current affairs and world cultures. I have established my own part-time business designing, hosting, and maintaining web sites for local companies, which has been highly successful.

Interests and Activities:

Travel Having travelled extensively in Europe I have developed a keen interest in political and cultural affairs.

Photography – Photography has heightened my sense of awareness and put me in touch with like-minded people. I have had photos published in a local press publication, including a front page appearance. I have also designed my own online photographic portfolio and gallery (www.cianclarke.com) incorporating e-commerce.

Swimming – I have achieved numerous gold medals at club race level, and also have a certificate in first aid and a Bronze Medallion in lifesaving. I also enjoy recreational swimming.

Water based activities – Including scuba, watersports, boating and cetacean observation.

Music – A keen interest in numerous genres of music from jazz to contemporary folk. I also play instrumental style acoustic guitar.

Computers – Having followed the technological development of the IT sector from the launch of Windows 95 to present I have a well developed understanding of IT, and the potential business and leisure applications.
